now play store ok-but imei 004999010640000

TRIED certificate and imei repair-still can not-logs as below

Please do the next:
1. Make "Read Security".
2. Make "Read EFS".
3. Make "Repair EFS".
4. Repeat "Repair IMEI" operation.

Post here result and full Software log of performed operations.

The problem indeed might be caused by problem with modem. At first, please try to write a Cert file.
If problem will remain the same - reflash the phone, then try to perform "Repair IMEI"/"Write Cert" operations again.

this time write certificate imei ok-so i think some cases first reset efs and then write certificate set ok
