sir hardware modem blank in above logs-imei rebuild error due to hardware modem blank?

The problem indeed might be caused by problem with modem. At first, please try to write a Cert file.
If problem will remain the same - reflash the phone, then try to perform "Repair IMEI"/"Write Cert" operations again.

this time write certificate imei ok-so i think some cases first reset efs and then write certificate set ok
