I9300 Writing IMEI failed after "executing exploit"

Octopus software is v.1.8.4
i tried to change the firmware, re-rooted many times, made hard reset, started all again, but could not pass the "executing exploit" task.
IMEI on phone shows null/null.

Octopus log:
"Plataforma: Samsung Android

Modelo do telefone detectado: GT-I9300
Data de criação do firmware: Thu May 15 20:52:48 KST 2014

CSC version: I9300ZTOUGNE1
Versão do SW: Unknown
IMEI do telefone: Unknown
Android version: 4.3 (JSS15J)
Checking Root:
Phone is Rooted.
Reading security backup, please wait...
Backup saved as C:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\BACKUP\Security-GT-I9300-Unknown15-04-2015_10-39-34- . asec file
Cheking security type...
New security type is detected
IMEI antigo: Unknown
Novo IMEI: 355409-04-651290-5
Repairing IMEI ...
Executing exploit...
Write IMEI failed".

I'm trying to check another firmware, this time from support area, but the website doen't wanna open. It may be my connection.

Hello.

As You can see from your Software log, phone's modem part is damaged:
Quote:
Versão do SW: Unknown
This can be Software (modem firmware or EFS is damaged, or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

You should re-flash the device with different firmwares and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). And only then (when phone's modem part will be correct) perform "Repair EFS" and "Repair IMEI" operations. It is not possible to repair IMEI, if phone's modem part is damaged.

If after of writing all firmwares, which You have, phone's baseband is still null or unknown (SW version is Unknown) - most likely, this is HW problem (problem with eMMC flash chip).

I tried 2 other firmwares and several prodecures, again and again, and the SW Version continued "unknown", so IMEI Re-Writing always failed, even repairing network, EFS and everything. As i said, I tried several procedures...
I gave this up.
It must be hardware problem.

Thanks for the support, mate!

Yes, most likely, your device has HW issues (problems with phone's eMMC flash chip). Thanks You also.
