I9305 LTE unlocking

Hello have problem unlocking i9305 i do this steeps.

Wipe
Reflash 4.3 from support
Root
Make steeps from software.

And have this log.

To connect GT-I9305 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone. 
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Developer options.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When message is appear press "Yes".
5. Go to dial window.
6. Enter "*#7284#" number.
7. Set "USB" radio button to "MODEM" value.
8. Go to "Qualcomm USB Settings".
9. Select "RNDIS+DM+MODEM".
10. Enter "*#9090#" number.
11. Select DM/DUM over HS-USB.
12. Press Home button.
13. Go to dial window.
14. Press "Read Info" in software.

Hello.

Make Factory data reset, wipe cache partition, root the phone with another Software/Exploit and perform the Unlock operation again. You need press "Ok/Allow/Grant" button on every pop-up dialogue, which may appear on phone's screen during the operation.
