Hello.

Do the next:
1. Enable "USB Debugging" option.
2. Connect the phone directly to PC.
3. Perform "Read Info" operation from "Android/EFS manager" tab of the Software.

Post here full Software log of "Read Info" operation.

As You can see from this Software log, modem part is damaged in your device:
Quote:

This can be Software (modem firmware is damaged or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem. Most likely, this is Software problem (problem with modem firmware).

At first, try re-flash the device with different firmwares and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). It is not possible to repair IMEI, if phone's modem part is damaged.

Install the modem file will work, but if you can not solve the problem answering disassembly and modem

i flash many time with other firmwars and wont turn on it show after samsung logo i have this "system software not authorized by samsung has been fount on your phone"

Try to write all available firmwares one by one. If after writing all firmwares problem will remain the same, then, most likely, this is HW problem.
