Hello.
What is the state of your phone exactly? Why IMEI is Null (after which actions it became Null)?

At first, try to re-flash the phone with the firmware "9505XXUBMF8_I9505OJVBMF3_United_Arab_Emirates_(Et isalat)_Android_4.2.2.oct" from the Support Area and then try to make Repair IMEI. Then post the result here.

@sir can not see link for i9505 on support, only see i9105 please need link for i9505 oct

Welcome to Octoplus/Octopus Box Samsung software version 1.3.7

To connect SC-01C phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When the message appears press "Yes".
5. Connect USB cable to the phone.
6. Press "Read Info" in software.

To connect GT-I9505 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.

6. Go to dial window.

Hello.
Please try to connect your phone via USB (and, if the phone doesn't connect via USB cabele, connect the phone via Samsung Micro UART C3303k cable).

To connect GT-I9505 phone via USB cable you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Builds numbers" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options->About Device.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Close window.
10. Go to dial window.
11. Enter "*#9090#" number.
12. Set "Diag config" to "[1]DM/DUN over HS-USB" value.
13. Restart phone.
14. Press "Read Info" in software.

To connect GT-I9505 phone via UART cable you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Builds numbers" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options->About Device.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Close window.
10. Go to dial window.
11. Enter "*#9090#" number.
12. Set "Diag config" to "[4]DM over UART" value.
13. Restart phone.
14. Press "Read Info" in software.

If the phone is successfully connected, to unlock the phone You need to downgrade phone's firmware (write "For_Unlock_GT-I9505" firmware from the Support Area) and then make Unlock.

Please look carefully at Free Octopus/Octoplus Support Area - just press "Go to Support" button on "Support & Options" tab in Software.
