Try to reflash the phone with "i9505xxuhoj2_i9505oxahoj2_dbt_android_5.0.1" firmware from the Support Area, then check whether it powers on correctly. Try to perform "Repair IMEI" operation again after reflashing.
Post here the result.

i cant flash any of files frim support

i tried flash by odin original tar firmware - allways getting error (pit not selected)

What problem with writing of "i9505xxuhoj2_i9505oxahoj2_dbt_android_5.0.1" firmware from the Support Area You've faced exactly? Please post here full Software log of operation.

when prog try to start writing firmware windows disconnect device and again connect (sound off/on)
phone still stay in DM
looks like bootloader totally locked??

Try to re-install Samsung USB drivers, try to use different USB ports of PC motherboard for connection.

drivers are ok bcz i flashed many qualcomm and other platform phones
trtied on another pc and win7 - same result

Please check phone's HW. If problem remains the same on another PC during attempts to write a firmware with Octoplus Samsung Software and with Odin - most likely device has HW issues.
