Hello, you Never can Repair this phone since have this:

Quote:
SW version: Unknown
Try to Reflash with Last Stock fw for you P.Code and loock if solve above error.

With Modem damaged you can repair phone, so try flashing other Fws if cannot repair most time can be Hw issue, (Modem Damaged).

NOTE: another tools Not get Miracle, if you have "Sw:Unknown" (modem issue), Any Box in the world can repair you phone via Sw in this condition

Hello.

mr.allumts is correct. As You can see from Software log, phone's modem part is damaged:
Quote:
SW version: unknown
This can be Software (modem firmware or EFS is damaged, or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

You should re-flash the device with different firmwares one by one and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). And only then (when phone's modem part will be correct) perform and "Write Cert" operation. It is not possible to repair IMEI, if phone's modem part is damaged.

If after writing of all firmwares, which You have, phone's baseband is still null or unknown (SW version is Unknown) - most likely, this is HW problem (problem with eMMC flash chip).

Also, please use the latest Software version.
