Hello.

Try to reflash the phone, then repeat "Repair IMEI" operation.
Cert file, which You've tried to write, doesn't pass the check, which led to error with operation.

Please upload *.log and *.logx files of performed operations to any file-sharing service and post here download link. We will check what causes the problem.
*.log and *.logx files can be found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder.

reset efs flash with any old repair frimware(4 diffrent files) with pit
reset efs and then write cert

and try to use other cert if possible
