J327t1 u4 not unlocked. [Answered] - GSM-Forum

I have tried to unlock j327t1, the software says that the phone is unlocked but the lock still exist in phone. I tried reflashing the phone but the file is only one. I reflashed the phone did the operation again but no success.

You should try to read Software manual attentive, first!

TMB Unlock
Take out SIM card from phone.
Connect powered-on phone to PC via cable.
Install necessary driver.
Click "Unlock" button.
Follow software instructions (prompts).

P.S. You didn't accept latest Software update

thanks for the update team. now when the phone reaches the bypassing area, the phone reboots to upload mode (cp crush) then displays unlocking failed. Am looking forwad to your reply.
