The procedure finished but the device is still blocked and I already did it twice, I did a hard reset several times and then the MDM but it is still blocked

I'm sorry sir, I no longer have the phone in my possession, the client became desperate when he saw no positive result and took the phone, I previously hard reset it and returned it to him. I hope you understand that clients are sometimes demanding and limiting.
But I can tell you how the phone behaved after doing the unlocking procedure:

Al terminar el procedimiento, el bloqueo persistio en el telefeno y solo duraba una fraccion de segundo desbloqueado impidiendo usar el telefono.

espero entienda y comprenda esta situacion y me pueda reponer los creditos por favor

I don't have a photo or video, sir, the block you present on the screen is the capital advances block. I no longer have the phone in my hands because the client decided to take it and now I am harmed because I have lost the credits.
