Disconnect USB cable from phone. 2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device. 3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options. 4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options. 5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option. 6. Go to dial window. 7. Enter "*#0808#" number. 8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB". 9. Press Home button. 10. Go to dial window. 11. Enter "*#9090#" number. 12. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value. 13. Restart phone. 14. Press "Read Info" in software. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To connect GT-N7100 phone you have to perform the following steps: 1. Disconnect USB cable from phone. 2. Go to Menu->Settings->Developer options. 3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option. 4. When message is appear press "Yes". 5. Connect usb cable to phone. 6. Go to dial window. 7. Enter *#9090# number. 8. Set speed to 115200. 9. Go to dial window. 10. Enter "*#7284#" number. 11. Set "UART" radio button to "MODEM" value. 12. Set "USB" radio button to "PDA" value 13. Press "Read Info" in software. Selected firmware file: N7100XXALJ1_N7100OXAALJ1_XEF.oct Please switch your phone to the download mode and connect it to a PC. To put GT-N7100 phone into download mode you have to perform the following steps: 1. Reconnect phone battery. 2. Press and hold "Volume - " + "Home" + "Power" buttons. 3. When phone turns on press "Volume+" button. Found phone on Firmware write started. Please select firmware with PIT Writing Firmware Failed Selected firmware file: PIT_16GB_N7100ZCDMF2_N7100CHNDMF2 _China_Android_4.1.2.oct Please switch your phone to the download mode and connect it to a PC. To put GT-N7100 phone into download mode you have to perform the following steps: 1. Reconnect phone battery. 2. Press and hold "Volume - " + "Home" + "Power" buttons. 3. When phone turns on press "Volume+" button. Found phone on Firmware write started. Writing PIT section... Writing Firmware Failed whats probleme?? |

Please fully charge device's battery, connect the device to PC motherboard USB port (don't use any USB hubs or PCI USB extention cards) and try to write firmware again. Try to write firmware on another desktop PC, not on laptop. |

Also try to write another firmware, "PIT_N7100XXUENA1_N7100OJVENA1_N7100XXUENA3_Taiwan _Android_4.3". If the problem remains the same, most likely, your device has HW problem (problem with phone's flash chip). |

Member: 1146942 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1587278 Thanks Meter: 27,417 | No, currently not possible to repair this device via Jtag interface. Try to replace eMMC and repair it via any eMMC tool, which supports this device. |
