Hello.

As You can see from Software log, phone's modem part is damaged:
Quote:
SW version: Unknown
This can be Software (modem firmware or EFS is damaged, or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

You should re-flash the device with different firmwares one by one and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). Then (when phone's modem part will be correct) perform "Wipe Security" and "Write Cert" operations. It is not possible to repair IMEI, if phone's modem part is damaged.

If after writing of all firmwares, which You have, phone's baseband is still null or unknown (SW version is Unknown) - most likely, this is HW problem.

I noticed that happened when I tried to repair the No network by flashing with QCN files downloaded on the support page, since then it will show no phone detected whenever i tried to repair security or re-write qcn

Which QCN file You've wrote exactly? Please post here full Software log of all operations, which You've performed with the phone.

From Software log we can see that "Write QCN" operation was not performed.
To solve the problem with null IMEI and baseband - try re-flash the device with different firmwares one by one and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown).
