N960F (dual SIM), no network [Answered] - GSM-Forum

Phone has wrong IMEI, so status "NG". I write Android 9 firmware and made root with EFTSU and tried to repair network. Octopus software wrote "Success", but still "NG"
I’ve tried to repair IMEI, but process end with error. What can I do?

Hello.

Please, download and install latest test software version 3.0.6.1 from the Support Area (Path: /Soft/Octoplus Samsung/TEST SOFTWARE/install_octoplus_octopus_Samsung_3.0.6.1.exe).

Then repeat Repair IMEI/Network operation once again. After done post here results.

And this error force me to uninstall and install software again every time I try work (on 2 different PCs):
