i am unclear if sprint note 10 bit 3 is supported or not? i see bit 2 is spported and 400 credits but unclear on bit 3 please advise

Please advise, software is asking for usb debugging but its instructing *#0808# and its not working. Please explain whats the next step? USB debugging is already set to on. Below is log file

Hello! I would like to know if it's a permanent unlock and if i update or flash the phone after the unlock it will still unlock please.
