Need to remove FRP from S6 and S6

Greetings everyone. My employer frequently has people leave the company without removing their Google account from their S6/S7 phones, and of course that triggers FRP if the phones are reset. I need to remove FRP from those S6/S7 phones. If I buy an Octoplus, what else do I need to remove FRP? Thanks.

Hello.

Removal of FRP lock process depends on current firmware of the phone. If phone has firmware with old Security type - You only need to perform "Reset FRP/Reactivation/EE" operation. If phone has firmware with new type of Security - You will need to use Combination firmware to enable ADB.

So if I purchase an Octoplus, I'll need to pay to download the correct combination firmware from Boot Loader v2.0, then apply the firmware with Octoplus, and then I'll be able to remove FRP? Thanks.

Combination firmwares are available in free access (for Octoplus/Octopus box users), in the Support Area.
Writing of correct combination firmware enables ADB, which allows to remove FRP lock.

Will the Octoplus box remove the FRP from the Samsung SM-G930A? I don't see it in the list, but several other variants of the SM-G930 are listed.

SM-G930A is not supported at the moment. You can use factory Reset FRP service for this model.

You can find the list of supported models and operations for these models here: Supported Models
