hi master

always when i try to open my octopus box i have this message ) please update your octopus card

Searching for server...
Server greeting: "Card updates server v.2.2"
Searching installed cards...
Found card with s/n
Selected card:
Updates count: 66
Updates limit: 66
Activations:
- LG - FULL (ver 2.4)
- Samsung - FULL (ver 2.4)
Creating secure connection...
The number of updates has exceeded the maximum value!
Could not create secure connection!

I send it private message my box sn

Hi.

Just re-update your card again now, we have added update attempts to your card.
