Ceck always here what CPU is you phone model: pdadb

Only in "Exinos" Based phone Can Read Cert, Impossible in Qualcomm Based phone.

You phone is "Qualcomm" based phone so you Cannot read any Cert.

Write right CERT file with Dual Signed imei.
