Hello.

Re-flash the phone and then repeat the operation again. No need credits to repeat the operation with the same device. Post here the result.

I was having trouble unlocking a j327t. I installed a new firmware (j327TTMB1AQF7). performed the unlock again then it worked. it accepted the sim card. You may need to perform the unlock a few times. It happened for me.

Effectively as the support says write another firmware version in this case use J727T1UVU1AQD7 and go back to the unlock procedure and it is unlocked and you do not charge credits.
