octopus box downloading 1 file on 3 days wsat my time all time another tool is best for downloading no error no big file 1 gb file upload on another tool support area download error on resume very easy octopus box 1 file 3 and 4 GB file on support area no resume on download error octopus box not solve this big problem

another tool support download this file G925FXXU3COJ1_G925FOJP3COJ1_KSA no convert on octopus box failed on odin try to octopus box but not downloading on octopus box this file error all time on downloading

Hello.

Try to download the file via browser, or via built in Files Downloader, which is available on "Support & options" tab of the Software.

If You want to use download manager for downloads - try to use any other, except of Internet Download Manager.

use fire fox octopus usule never give problame like other tool
