Do the next:

1. Re-flash the phone.
2. Make Repair EFS.
3. Make Repair IMEI. To finish the "Repair IMEI" operation, restart the phone via phone's menu (via "Power ON" button, don't disconnect the battery, this is important).
4. Post here the result.
