Octopus Box Usb Not Recognized... i got this when i try to connect box to computer.

Hello.

What OS is installed in your PC? Have You installed Box drivers? Please install these drivers: http://octoplusbox.com/files/drivers...BoxDrivers.rar, re-boot the PC and try to connect Box again. Also, try to connect Box to another PC motherboard USB port. Try to connect Box to another PC and say the result.

i Have two Laptops , Windows 7 32bit & Windows 7 64Bit on Macbook Pro , Before 1 Week when i connect box to Computer i got little hot on box , until Yesterday Night , Octopus Working Fine , now not working , then i contact with my seller , he told me only 3 month warranty , my box now 7 month old , then i open the box and put smart card in to my pegasus Box , smart card working fine , but i need my octopus box hardware back to work , how sir , you have a schematic diagram?, i need help ,
