hi im having issue with octopus samsung files downloader whenever i try to update database it just stays at updating database an never changes i cannot access files also.

Hello.

Did You try to download files via browser (press Got to Support button from the main tab)?

yes i did i can get into that option but for files downloader i cant.

sorry for late reply problem fixed now i just factory resetted my pc and now working fine.
