octopus write cert done but no services with n910f - GSM-Forum

after write cert phone show no services and when i try to write QCN octopus say phone not found in selected port
but i already select dm+modem+adb dialing by *#0808#
can you guide me how i can make comport and how to write qcn

i bricked my n910f after write qcn-dont do that, i need to buy new one for my *******r

1st Check Cert Status Dial *#0011# (Fail/Pass)

if Pass Then Cert Issue ( Cert Blacklisted)

Hello.

Problem with Network can occur if IMEI of used Cert file is blacklisted by Network provider. You should try to write different Cert files.

To write QCN file, try to perform "Read Info" operation from "Main" tab of the Software on different COM ports, with enabled "Manual select" option. When phone info will be read correctly - perform "Write QCN" operation.
