problem connecting G750A


i have problem connecting this model. i tried so many times. its not reading

Welcome to Octoplus/Octopus Box Samsung software version 1.9.2

To connect SM-G750A phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Press Home button.
10. Press "Read Info" in software.

Platform: Samsung Android
Selected port: COM252
Selected model: SM-G750A
Phone was not found on the selected port!
Searching for USB diagnostic port...
Connecting to phone on COM6
Mode: Emergency

Hello.

Do the next:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Press Home button.
10. Connect the phone directly to PC.
11. Perform "Read Info" operation from the "Main" tab in the Software.

Try to perform "Read Info" operation on different COM ports, with enabled "Manual select" option.

Try to make Factory data reset, wipe cache partition and repeat steps 1-11 once again.
