Problem with GT-I9505 after Write firmware [Solved]

After flash with I9505XXUAMDE_I9505TNZAMD6_I9505XXUAMDE_HOME.tar then below result my phone it back, unlock left to unlock

To connect GT-I9505 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone. 
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When message is appear press "Yes".
5. Go to dial window.
6. Enter "*#7284#" number.
7. Set "UART" radio button to "MODEM" value.
8. Go to dial window.
9. Enter "*#9090#" number.
10. Select "[4] DM over UART(*)".
11. Restart phone.
12. Press "Read Info" in software.
Selected firmware file: 
I9505XXUBMGA_I9505OJVBMGA_I9505XXUBMGA_HOME.oct
Please switch your phone to the download mode and connect it to a 
PC.
To put GT-I9505 phone into download mode you have to perform the 
following steps:
1. Reconnect phone battery.
2. Press and hold "Volume - "  + "Home" + "Power" buttons.
3. When phone turns on press "Volume+" button.

1:flash with For_Unlock_GT-I9505 from support
2:type "*#0808#" and select "DM+MODEM+ABD"
3:use usb cable
4:readinfo and press read codes
