can you help me please every time i try to trouble shoot the smart card windows doesn't recognize it
i went to support and downloaded smartcard driver 2000 .... still the same problem
i'm using widows 7 , octopus box

Hello.

If You are able to launch the Software without problems, You can ignore missing Smart Card driver.
Also, try to install this driver: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0Bw...U2M&authuser=0

Smart Card drivers are not mandatory to run the Software without a problems. However, we will consider adding this driver into general driver pack.
