To connect SM-G313U phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.

this phone don`t unlocked phone calls code try with "00000000" and nothing

Have You restarted the phone via its menu after Unlock operation?

Make Factory Reset, then re-flash the phone with firmware from the Support Area and Repeat "Unlock" operation.
If problem will remain the same, upload latest *.log and *.logx files from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG", we will check where can be the problem.
