Bienvenido en Octoplus/Octopus Box Samsung software versión 1.7.6
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To connect SGH-T899M phone you have to perform the following
steps:
1. Disconnect cable from phone.
2. Go to dial window.
3. Enter "##634#" number.
4. Input *#7284# code.
5. Select "QC RmNetComposite" option.
6. Press "OK" button.
7. Wait until phone restart.
8. Press "Read Info" in software.

Hello.

You have not configured (connected) the phone correctly. Install the latest Software version (Software) and do the next:

1. Disconnect cable from phone.
2. Go to dial window.
3. Enter "##634#" number.
4. Input *#7284# code.
5. Select "QC RmNetComposite" option.
6. Press "OK" button.
7. Wait until phone restart.
8. Press "Read Info" buttom at the "Main" tab in the Software.

There is new (currently not supported) security type in your phone, Software can't get access to phone's security area. Try to search and write lower firmware version by using original Samsung flasher (Octoplus Box Software currently doesn't support Write firmware for this device) and try to make Read Codes again.
