Proper android device not found but if restar pc it connects - GSM-Forum

Hi dear supporter while i try to connect G530h to pc always give the error below but if i restart the pc it connects in one time not delay what is the problem without restart the pc

Platform: Samsung Android
Selected port: COM45
Selected model: SM-G530H

Proper android device not found. Make shure that "USB debug" option
on the device is turned on.

Check your PC, disconnect all other devices from PC, re-install ADB drivers, try to connect the phone to another USB port (connect the phone directtly to motherboard USB port, don't use any USB hubs, this is important).

Uninstall the drivers then reinstall.
Make sure you Octopus Software Driver into the directory with the update package and adb/fastboot. Let us know how it goes.
