What problem with removal of FRP lock You've faced exactly? Please explain the problem in more details and post here full Software log of the operation.

To put SM-N920T into Download Mode, You have to perform the following steps:
1. Reconnect the battery.
2. Press and hold "Volume-" + "Home" + "Power ON" keys.
3. When phone turns on, press "Volume+" key.
Searching for a phone. Please wait...
Phone found.
Initializing..
Resetting FRP lock..success
Resetting EE lock..success
Resetting Samsung Account lock..success
Operation was failed!

You can downgrade from MM so Odin flash OI5 then reset FRP

Try to write "SBOOT_N920T_OJ5" Sboot file from the Support Area as a firmware and repeat "Reset FRP/Reactivation/EE" operation.
Post here result and full Software log of your actions.

I have a solution by trying to downgrade the phone, but during the process of downgrade unplug the cable from the computer and then through the octopus then reset frp by step from then update the device over Odin program content and the way ... Thanks
