Hello.

Problem with reset of FRP lock can occur if phone has latest firmware. Samsung disabled ability to remove FRP lock in latest firmwares.

Try to write "SBOOT_G925I_OJ6" Sboot file from the Support Area as a firmware, then repeat "Reset FRP/Reactivation/EE" operation.
