I cant unable DIAG also *#0808# *#7284# *#9090# not work

Hello.

Try to enable CP logging in Recovery Mode, then try to read phone's info from "Main" tab of the Software. If problem will remain - try to reflash the phone, then check whether *#0808# and *#9090# codes working correctly.
