The internet works, it will make calls but will turn off and restart. Also can't hear when making the calls. I tried flashing different firmware. Any suggestions

Hello.

Make Factory Reset and Wipe Cache partition, then reflash the phone again. If problem will remain the same - this can be HW issue.
