To put GT-S5620 into Download Mode, You have to perform the following steps: 1. Power off the phone. 2. Press and hold "Volume-" + "Bixby" + "Power ON" keys. 3. When phone turns on, press "Volume+" key. Searching for a phone. Please wait... Writing firmware Canceled Performed by 2.6.5 Software version.
