samsung I9300 firmware not write !


I9300 only start up logo,download mode okay but when write firmware only 2% complete & hang octopus software any solution pls ! ( try other tool but same )....................there log


Platform: Samsung Android
Selected port: COM1
Selected model: GT-I9300
Proper android device not found. Make shure that "USB debug" option on the device is turned on.
Rebooting phone failed.
Please put the phone into Download Mode and connect USB cable.
To put GT-I9300 into Download Mode, You have to perform the following steps:
1. Reconnect the battery.
2. Press and hold "Volume-" + "Home" + "Power ON" keys.
3. When phone turns on, press "Volume+" key.
Writing firmware Canceled
Please put the phone into Download Mode and connect USB cable.
To put GT-I9300 into Download Mode, You have to perform the following steps:

2. Press and hold "Volume-" + "Home" + "Power ON" keys.

Hello.

Fully charge phone's battery by using external chrger and try to perform "Write Firmware" operation again. Try to write different firmwares.

If problem will remain the same, then, most likely, your phone has HW problem.
