Hi Octopus team here is problem with samsung i9505 basband unknown or imei is null cant reset EFS error phone was not found the port also try *#9090# not work

This means, that phone's modem part is damaged. If baseband is damaged, it is not possible to connect the phone via diagnostic port. This can be Software (modem firmware is damaged or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

Please re-flash the phone with different firmwares, and after writing each firmware check, whether modem part is correct (baseband is not Unknown). And only then (when phone's modem part will be correct) perform the "Repair IMEI" procedure.
