Samsung n7100 imei null how to repair?

I have this samsung N7100 with IMEI null/null, and written some details of the phone with yellow color on the screen, how will I repair this phone.

I have done of i9300 with corrupt imei (though is not "null/null" but the imei started with 004....... and it has yellow on the screen too) with these procedure down;

1) repair efs.

2) root phone with the root file from support area.

3) IME A fix.

4) repair network.

Now I want to know whether it will work on the N7100 with imei null/null or do I need to do extra thing.

As I see from this log, modem part is damaged in your device:
Quote:
SW version: Unknown
This can be Software (modem firmware is damaged or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

At first, try to re-flash the device with different firmwares and check whether modem is correct (not Unknown) and only then perform "Repair EFS" and "Repair IMEI" operations.

Now I have flashed the phone with android 4.3 and if I repair efs, the yellow written will not show again but the sw version is still unkown and the imei is still null/null.

Any other thing I will do on it?

Please re-flash the device with different firmwares (not only with one) and check whether modem is correct. If after of writing all firmwares, phone's modem part is still "Unknown" - most likely, this is HW problem.
