Please enable USB Debugging option, connect the phone directly to PC and perform "Read Info" operation from "Android/EFS manager" tab of the Software. Post here full Software log of the operation.

To connect SC-01F phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Press Home button.
10. Go to dial window.
11. Enter "*#9090#" number.
12. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
13. Restart phone.
14. Press "Read Info" in software.

Re-install the latest drivers (http://octoplusbox.com/files/drivers...ile_Phones.exe), install the latest Software version (if You don't use the latest), and connect the phone again. To connect SC-01F, perform the following steps:

Try to make Factory data reset, wipe cache partition, re-flash the phone with the firmware from the Support Area and try again.

Currently no other way to enable Diag mode. Try to write different firmwares and check, whether *#0808#, *#9090# codes are working.
