As i understand You have an issue with SM-G930F device model? What devices were appear in Device manager, please make screenshot and post here? Did You enable "USB debug" option on
the device?

Please, go to Android / EFS tab and do Read info operation, after post here full Software log. Most likely this is some local problem with your drivers, USB port, cable, etc. We've been checked this device and everything works fine.
