Hello. Please, download and isntall latest test Software version from the Support Area, then try to do next: Root your phone manually: Attention: You need to root your device with TWRP method. If You will use any other root methods ( including via dongles, other products, etc) result will be negative, such methods may not work properly and You will get NG result as well. |
