Please, download and isntall latest test Software version from the Support Area, then try to do next:

Root your phone manually:

Attention: You need to root your device with TWRP method. If You will use any other root methods ( including via dongles, other products, etc) result will be negative, such methods may not work properly and You will get NG result as well.

same problem no network after flash the file which downloaded in support

area, ATL-G960FXXU2BRJ3-20181023155706 i root the phone manually but

not success. anyother solution . note octonetwork icon came in phone app.

aLLOW options not shown on the phone but only superuser grant option coming

and ask press to grant the root .

Unfortunately, "patch cert" Repair Network operation isn't supported for that device. You can check all infomation here, look attentive for the list of supported models and operations Octoplus Samsung 2.7.9 Update

why the "REPAIR NETWORK " option AVAILABLE in it ? G960F
