As You can see from Software log phone has damaged firmware:

This can be Software (You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

You should try to re-flash the phone with different firmwares and check, whether CSC and SW version is correct (not Unknown).

If after writing of all firmwares, which You have, phone's CSC and SW version is still unknown - most likely, this is HW problem (problem with eMMC flash chip).

but where is flash file there is no file in support

1. EFS*.aefs - EFS file to write with Octoplus Box.
2. EFS*.tar - EFS file to write with Odin.
3. j100h*.oct - ATTENTION!!! FIRMWARE. this is what u need bro (click to downlod).
4. Security*.asec - Security file to write with Ocroplus Box.

now i flash the phone with odin and phone is now alive
but problam is that the imei is 0000000000 so how to solve it when its not getting root so plz tell me how to root it

Try to root the phone with latest versions of Kingo Root, or IRoot Software.

You can repair phone's IMEI via "Write Cert" operation. To restore the phone to its initial condition - write backup of original Security back into the phone.

Please check, whether phone enters Download Mode and try to reflash it.

of course i did it.. flashed the device many times with pit file..

device is "Odin" Mode when i go to DL mode by manuel..

device is "Multi Core" mode when i use the JIG..
