Hello.

As You can see from your Software log, there is a problem with modem part:

Baseband unknown means, that there is a problem with modem of your device. This can be HW or Software issue. Try to write original ESF/Security backup back into your device and check baseband. If You have no ESF/Security backup for this device, try to write different firmwares (full or only modem part of firmwares) and check baseband. Only when modem part will be OK, You can repeat the "Repair Network" operation.

Try to write different one by one, but most likely, if You don't have original ESF/Security backup, writing firmwares will not help to solve the problem.
