Install the latest Software version (Software), root the phone, make Unlock again and post here full Software log.

Initial things you need :
1. Your device must have 60% to 80% of charge.

2. You will need a Windows Pc.

3. Install drivers for galaxy light SGH-T399 to your computer.

Note : To root your device, you will need to install custom recovery like CWM or TWRP first.

How to install CWM http://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=23329332407576020 or TWRP https://mega.co.nz/#!8cgDyZKR!D5kU6p...3jNfnRulXIQ8on Galaxy Light SGH-T399 :
1. Download and install latest version of Odin on your computer.

2. Download CWM or TWRP 2.7.0.0 custom recovery for SGH-T399.

3. Power off your device and put off your battery and reinsert.

4. Press and hold Volume down + Home button + power key until the warning screen appears.

5. Press Volume Up to go into download mode.

6. Open Odin and uncheck auto reboot option.

7. click on PDA and select CWM .tar file or TWRP .tar file.

8. connect your phone to your computer via USB cable, a yellow/ blue COM Port will appear in Odin, that means Odin detected your galaxy light SGH-T399, if not then there may be problems with drivers, try reinstall them.

9. Click on Start On Odin to start flashing.

10. On success, a green cicle will apear.

Congo, you have just installed CWM or TWRP on your galaxy light SGH-T399, enjoy and Proceed to root your device.

How to Root Samsumg Galaxy Light SGH-T399 :
1. Download the latest version of SuperSU .zip from chainfire.
SuperSU Download

2. place the .zip file the your sd card.

3. boot into CWM or TWRP custom recovery and flash the .zip file.

4. Reboot.

Your phone should now have root access, check it via Root checker app.
