how can i handle this problem becouse root file is not on supportpage

Try to use the latest version of VRoot and Kingo Root Softwares. Also try to use TowelRoot. Currently we have no another rooting Software/exploit for this device. Try to re-flash the phone with different firmware from the Support Area and try to root with that frimwares.
