Dear octopus team plz help me to flash & unlock this SCHW3000

when i flash or unlock always error!!!

here my procedure but same error

write firmware(procedure)

1.Connect powered-on phone to PC via V804 cable
2.Install required driver;
3.Select firmware file;
4.Click "Write firmware" button;
5.Follow software instructions (prompts).

Note: If it is not possible to write firmware put phone manually into Emergency mode. If error occurs during firmware writing don't restart phone and try to rewrite firmware.

Note: Please, make sure that phone battery is fully charged. Disconnect all other devices from the computer (including phones, modems, etc.) and close all other running programs. To avoid errors in the flashing process, use a ?clean? PC (without any installed drivers for other Qualcomm-based devices). Don?t run any other programs or attach new devices to your computer during the flashing procedure! Please, follow these simple instructions to avoid phone damage.

Note: Please, don't upgrade/downgrade firmware version if it is not necessary

5. Direct Unlock

3 Click "Unlock" button;

Hello.
Please try to put the phone into Emergency mode manually and press "Unlock" button.
