can you help me with this phone... i tried to direct unlock and read code but it is stuck there...

Hello.

Please install latest Software version and do the next:
1. Make Factory Reset, Wipe cache partition.
2. Reflash the phone with any firmware from the Support Area.
3. Enable "USB Debugging" option.
4. Connect the phone directly to PC.
5. Try to perform "Read Codes", "Unlock" operations.

If problem will be the same - close the Software and upload latest *.log and *.logx files from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder. Post here download link, we will check, where can be the problem.

still the same =( i write cert file but still ask for unlock code... Log File: LOG
