I have this problem:

Phone doesn't turn on

I tried changing the firmware with odin but got the same result , any suggestions?

Hello.

Fully charge phone's battery, make Factory data reset and wipe cache partition and try to write firmware again. Connect the phone directly to PC motherboard USB port, don't use any USB hubs, this is important. Try to write another firmware. Try to write firmware on another PC. Post here the result.

Most likely your device has HW problem (problem with flash chip).

how can wipe data from dead phone we try to flash the phone because its cant power on its stuck on samsung

You can try to make Factory data reset and Wipe cache partition form Recovery Mode if phone enters it. Otherwise - skip these actions.

Try to re-install Samsung USB drivers. Try to use different USB ports of PC motherboard for connection.

Most likely the phone has a HW problem. Please check phone HW.
