sm-g7102 repair failed [Solved]

I tried to repair after wiping efs but no result nd I can't find oct firmware for repair function on support area either.

1. Make Factory data reset and wipe cache partition.
2. Write the special formware "SM-G7102_for_Unlock_and_Repair_IMEI_4.4.2.oct" from the Support Area.
3. Write service's IMEI A and B.
4. Make Rapair NVM.
5. Write this QCN: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0Bw...bzg&authuser=0.
6. Re-start the phone, insert SIM card, wait 3-5 minutes and try to find and select network manually.
7. Write here the result.
