Hello.

"Write Cert" operation was not completed. Please remove SIM card from the phone, then repeat "Write Cert" operation.

If problem will remain, please do the next:
1. Write First Security backup back into the phone.
2. Make Factory Reset and reflash the phone.
3. Root the phone with CF Auto Root.
4. Repeat "Write Cert" operation.

Post here result and full Software log of your actions.

I followed the instructions above but the phone status remains the same.
Only SN is displayed on #*06# no IMEI. I tried three different cert files..
I retried to repair EFS again and write cert but this does not help.
Looking forward for next solution.

Your phone has one of the latest firmwares, with new type of Security. To fix Network issues You can try to write older (by release date) firmware, then perform "Unlock" operation.
